Typically, your device is listed under USB devices section.

Select the top-level folder and click Save. Point to some location on the PC, NOT on the media you are recovering.

To recover photos you can use any computer including a laptop because this task has modest system requirements. Additionally, a modern laptops often come with a built-in card reader where you can put your card in.
If your PC does not have a built-in card reader, you should get a standalone one, like one of these.
In photo recoveries, you'd better wait till 100% of the media is scanned.
Fairly often you can see some recovered photos in RAW folder to which ReclaiMe File Recovery puts files and fragments which cannot be placed to the original folder tree. Typically, most of the files in RAW folder are of low quality; however, you still look through it just in case something important is there.
